This is the page for Kev's ongoing Warhammer campaigns. Currently playing Skaven in a small campaign and Ogre Kingdoms in a large campaign.

While I've been played off and on years ago, I have been playing only playing WH seriously enough to buy models for about a year.

The start of the "Big Campaign" where we'll play our favorite armies begins on Dec. 12th. I really enjoy playing the Ogres, although it always takes a while to figure out how to use a new unit the best. Right now, I have to get used to using a Slavegiant since it just looks too cool to leave out of my army.  Played 1 game with him so far, but he never got into combat or even shot at since I totally deployed him wrong. On the other hand, I was beaten pretty severely in a 3000 point game, so at least he didn't get those points!

Although I could potentially use more individual models, I now have models for all possible units in the OK army, except for Skragg, who also needs (me to get) more Gorgers to be useful. My Rhinox are modeled and now I have to get some riders on them and I'll eventually be able to use them as well.

The Skaven are another story altogether. I need the new book first of all, and then more PW Globadiers, & PCB's. After that, I need to get at least a few Stormvermin, Nightrunners, a WLC, a Doomwheel, and at least 1more unit of Plaguemonks to really get a nice game going. Since I always seem to have extra money during the holidays, like everyone else does,  I figure it shouldn't be too long until I get them....right?
